However there is a 10 % restocking fee for NGC and PCGS graded coins only. 

Florida residents add 7.00% sales tax ONLY on Foreign coins under $500.

Postage & Insurance (U.S.): $4 for orders under $50, $6 under $100, $8 under $200, $10 under $200 and $12 over $300.   All  foreign orders - $13 overseas registered mail, sent at buyers own risk.
